Don Timmerman has been serving the real estate needs of Camano Island, Stanwood, and surrounding communities since 1998. A former high school teacher and coach for 31 years, Don holds a BA from Western Washington University and later earned both his Washington State Real Estate License and Managing Broker License. He combines his experience in education with his expertise in real estate to guide clients with clarity, care, and trust.

After nearly two decades living in the city, Don moved his family back to Camano in 1996, transforming their beloved summer cabin into a full-time residence. His personal history with the island—crabbing, boating, and living the cabin life—gives him a unique perspective on the lifestyle Camano offers.

Camano Island is often called one of the best-kept secrets of the Northwest. With all the charm of island living and none of the hassle of a ferry, it's easily accessible via freeway from Seattle or Bellingham.

Outside of real estate, Don enjoys spending time with his family, watching his grandkids participate in their many sports, sitting around a bonfire, or just being on or near the water.
